HOUSE RULES...
At the time of check-in, we are required to identify our guests for reasons of public safety, to determine the tourist tax owed to the municipal administration, for the issuance of the invoice for your stay, and also for statistical purposes. In order to fulfill all these obligations, we need to view your identity document. Your data will be processed exclusively for the purposes required by the facility and will be stored in compliance with current regulations. The person responsible for the proper management of the data is the Legal Representative of Casa Petronio Bologna.
WHO CAN BOOK?
Everyone without exception, with the sole condition that the person has reached the age of eighteen or is accompanied by an adult, the latter will be the holder of the reservation.
WHAT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO AT HOME!
In the apartments it is not allowed to:
- smoke (except in apartments with a balcony equipped with an outdoor ashtray)
- organize events
- not respect the condominium quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
- allow unregistered guests to stay during check-in.
- if used, dishes must kindly be washed and put away, everything needed is available in the house.
